12. Children's Privacy

toto15 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain the personal data of any individual under the age of 21. The toto15 platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.

Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration and KYC process. If toto15 discovers or has reasonable cause to believe that an individual under the age of 21 has registered an account and provided personal data, we will immediately:

• Suspend and permanently close the account
• Delete all personal data associated with the account to the extent permitted by applicable law
• Refund any deposited funds to the original payment source
• Report the matter to PAGCOR as required by applicable regulations

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child under 21 may have registered an account on toto15, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the details in Section 15.

13. Cross-Border Data Transfers

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
